Today, our lesson was from Mark 2:1-17. In these verses, Jesus heals a paralytic brought to him by dedicated friends. He uses the event to demonstrate his authority to forgive sins, and thus his divinity. Afterward, he called Levi (Matthew) to follow him. In eating with Levi and his friends, Jesus challenged the assumptions of the established religious leaders. As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

This letter teaches us about love for one another in Christ and new perspectives on old relationships. It also teaches us about forgiveness.
